Seminar Series

The Urban Forest Initiative Seminar Series focuses on various aspects of urban forestry to both inform research and engage the broader community.  Seminars are led by expert speakers on the environmental, economic, social, and health benefits of trees in the urban environment.  We will kick-off the 2016-17 series in September, hosting the following three speakers plus a screening of the film "City of Trees" planned for February 2017.  All seminars are free and open to the public.
